Time to play catch-up.  It's been awhile since I've posted any photos, but I'm still taking them daily.  For those of you following my 2010-365 project, never fear!  I've decided to discontinue the daily posts here, but I will continue to post them at my Flickr account, which you can see here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/dgoldenratio/sets/72157623025139819/  In the meantime, I will be posting my favorites here at DA. The good: I'm finally updating my journal and adding some photos, both of which I've been neglecting of late... The bad: Somebody broke into my car last week.  They smashed through my passenger window, and stole my bicycle out of the back, along with my tripod.  The tripod was an old, cheap, lightweight guy that was falling apart on me, but the bicycle was very nice, and kinda expensive.  More importantly, it was the bike that I bought with my wife right after she was diagnosed with terminal cancer.  We both purchased bikes so that she could get into the best shape possible while she still had the chance.  I'm certain that biking helped to g

Long time since I've updated my journal, or had time to devote to photography :( Where to begin?  I recently completed teaching a theatrical lighting class for a local college, which was as much a learning experience for me as it was for my students.  One of those students (a high-school senior) volunteered to help me design a show at the Chanticleer Theatre, so I took her on as my lighting assistant.  I let her design about 80% of the show, with much advising and supervision, and she did an excellent job!  I'm going to post some of the results here in the near future.
